• Attempting to circumvent platform fees or policies

4.1 Platform Disclaimer

HomeGrown As acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not produce, inspect, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any produce listed on our platform. All transactions are between users, and we are not a party to these transactions.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeGrown As shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the platform
• Quality, safety, or condition of produce purchased
• Actions or omissions of other users
• Food-borne illness or health issues related to produce

4.3 User Indemnification
